Gina was absolutely amazing, super helpful, and always available when we needed her. She even managed to arrange an earlier check-in for us and suggested some fantastic family-friendly pubs for a birthday celebration. Thanks to her recommendation, we had a mind-blowing meal at The Waggon at Halam. The property itself was a dream come true, fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from extra bedding to slippers to umbrellas and even a picnic basket. The layout of the house and the surrounding land were perfectly planned, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The property information folder had all the necessary details, including heating instructions and bin collection schedules. The location was ideal for our sightseeing adventures, and the garden was simply jaw-dropping. We loved playing games and setting up our own badminton court, not to mention the awesome on-site BBQ. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the new carpets gave a cozy vibe. The utility room was my absolute dream as a professional cleaner, and the water pressure in the bathroom was exceptional. We fell in love with the comfortable sofas in the lounge and looked forward to a blissful night's sleep in the incredibly comfortable beds. The bedrooms were all perfect sizes, but the large bedroom was nothing short of huge! Last but not least, our dogs were happy and content, especially when engaging in the occasional barking match with the neighbor's pooch. With free Wi-Fi, parking, a dryer, electric kettle, cookware. We also appreciated the outdoor dining area and the fact that pets were allowed. And of course, it was fantastic that the property was non-smoking.

The 4 bedrooms at Elmtree At Sherwood Forest are cozy and inviting, making you feel right at home. The layout is spacious and perfect for a group of friends or a family getaway. I loved the comfortable beds and the stylish decor, giving the room a modern yet rustic vibe. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The only downside was the limited parking space, but that's just my personal opinion. Others might not mind it at all.
